Weekly Yoga Schedule

I teach a variety of yoga styles rooted in choice, presence, connection, and awareness. From slow, grounding flows to hot power classes. Every practice is designed to meet people where they are, with compassion and care.

Virtual Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a science-backed, guided rest practice that supports nervous-system regulation and deep restoration. Practiced lying down, it gently leads you into a state between waking and sleep - often leaving people feeling deeply rested, as if they’ve slept for hours.Offered virtually, so you can practice from your bed and drift into sleep right after.

Workshops + Events

Workshops and events provide opportunities to slow down and go deeper. Offerings may include trauma-informed yoga, nervous-system support, and creative or community-centered experiences. Each offering is intentional, and designed to meet people where they are.

Private & Group Sessions

Private and small group sessions are designed to meet you where you are - whether you’re seeking regulation, working toward a fitness goal, or carving out intentional time with a partner or close friend. This is a flexible, personalized option for those looking for something more tailored than a class.
