Yoga Nidra is a science-backed, guided rest practice that supports nervous-system regulation and deep restoration. Practiced lying down, it gently leads you into a state between waking and sleep - often leaving people feeling deeply rested, as if they’ve slept for hours.Offered virtually, so you can practice from your bed and drift into sleep right after.
